Live right next to I-4 Interstate and a block away from large Catholic School. Historic 1st Black incorporated town in the US. Been living here for 2 years now, and have never had a problem, pretty quiet neighborhood. No one bothers anyone, yet will always say "hello" to greet neighbors. Because of close proximity to I-4 and some other towns, getting what you need is easy. Orlando is just 15 minutes away, Disney itself about 30 minutes away. Of course you have Winter Park Village just about 5 minutes away as well as Altamonte Mall just north and about 10 minutes away. Mass transportation is easy as well, Lynx buses 1 and 9 tak you downtown to Downtown Orlando in about 30 minutes. All in all a pretty quiet neighborhood and it seems to be changing for the better. One of the most easily affordable places to live in and around Orlando.
