Extremely safe, no crime neighborhood on Cul de Sac, (many cops in neighborhood and a State Trooper also lives on Cul De Sac) You couldn't ask for better neighbors, all friendly and outgoing. 4 minutes to MCQB Ponderosa gate\entrance for NCIS/FBI/DEA etc or 6 minutes to Russel Road gate\Interstate 95, 6 minutes to route 610/95. Room is fully furnished, with queen bed/night stand along with chest of drawers and closet, fan\light. Room is on smaller side but more than accommodating. Both sealey mattress are relatively new. 9/6/26 room is one with blue and white bedspread. 10/01/26 room with check bedspread. All the expected appliances provided as well as silverware, glassware, dishware, pots and pans and many other items like air fryer, Keurig, pressure cooker etc. Washer and Dryer also available. All is needed would be sheets\pillows and towels to be all set. Unfinished large basement available for some limited storage if needed. Owner spends 95% of time in his bedroom\office, the female renter also spend equal amount of time in her own bedroom so candidate will have the run of the open areas of the house mostly to themselves if wanted, enjoy the 60 inch TV with sound bar for that favorite movie while relaxing on a comfortable couch. Owner provides access to his Emby media server where 10 thousand movies and 3 thousand TV series are available to watch for free. Bathroom shared, Kitchen\refrigerator shared. Owner has an older dog and is friendly and basically never leaves the side of the owner. Candidate must be a strong dog lover. Owner (Male 61) and current long term renter (female) we are very quite and respectful of one another, we are looking for the same in the other renter(s), if you like to party and play music loud or have visitors this would not be a good fit for you, we all cherish the quietness of the home and have respect for one another. House rules: No individuals in bedrooms. No laundry past 10PM (one bedroom next to laundry) No overnight guests, no parties of any kind, no loud music. Smoking permitted outside\garage. If you looking for a extremely quite and respectful place to live and have a good nights sleep without any interruptions or drama then this would be a good fit for you. 6 to 60 months available.
