It had had a french drain system installed by the seller. It has a high powered sump pump, new gutter guards, and new drain lines for the gutters so it should remain dry. This house has a large corner lot so there is a nice back yard. It has a big driveway that easily parks 4 cars. We have had this property home inspected and made the repairs needed.
