This is a two-family home built in 1999. As you walk past your designated off-street parking spots, through the front door and into the apartment, there is a living room with a large window that lets in oodles of sun. You continue through to the kitchen that has a little nook for a washer and dryer. While a washer and dryer aren't officially part of the apartment, our previous tenants didn't need theirs in their new place and were kind enough to leave their fully functioning washer and dryer for the next tenants to use. The kitchen continues to a hallway that has a bathroom (tub-style shower) and two bedrooms off of it. The bedroom at the end of the hall is very tranquil and faces the back yard, and the other bedroom faces the front of the house and gets fantastic sunlight, our previous tenants used it as a home office. The backyard is nice sized and has a fire pit and hammock. There is a door going out from your kitchen into what used to be a driveway, but we put sod and gravel down in that area to make it into a little accessory yard/grilling/outdoor dining area. Couldn't ask for a better location: -5 min drive to Good Harbor Beach -1 min drive to Route 128 -5-10 min walk or 1 min drive to downtown. -Elementary, Middle, and High school all within 1.5 miles. -1 min drive or 5 min walk to the back entrance of the Gloucester Crossing shopping center -3 min drive to the commuter rail station, straight shot into Boston Feel free to reach out with any questions! -Pets negotiable/situation dependent. (We don't believe in a blanket policy that treats a 200lb Mastiff the same as a 6lb toy poodle...)
