Just bring your personal effects, linens, and enjoy a beautifully cared for home. 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, plenty of parking, big backyard, central AC, quiet neighborhood, very well maintained. AND this is only a 9 month lease, so you don't have to pay for summer rental that you don't need! $5000/month plus utilities. Maximum of 5 students on lease - all must submit applications and a total $50 refundable application fee. Parent must co-sign. No pets. Pool is closed during school year.
