Option 2- (For one occupant- $50/month for an additional occupant) $1,450/month- Tenants pay for their own heat (brand new propane heater), electricity and other personal utilities. The landscaping is done by the owner and the tenants are responsible for snow removal. This means they will do their own shoveling (deck and stairs) and share the plowing costs.
