We bought this wonderful place three years ago and it was remodeled when we moved in. We rented it last year and want to continue to do that. It is a great family home and has a whole entertainment section downstairs with a patio. It's going to be available early Feb. Pets are welcome so long as they are trained. This is a wonderful home with plenty of space. The main parking is up above on first level near front door and you can also use the garage entrance but we will be using half the garage for storage while we are renting this. (It actually takes up only 1/3). We are not covering any bills so you will be responsible for electric, gas, water and sewer and your internet. We also would like tenant to be able to mow and they are free to add in landscaping like flowers if they chose to. We found it was just more useful to give the renter the flexibility. The price is negotiable but it is not set to make money and it does not cover every expense we have on it so it's priced to take care of the basics. We service any items through a home warranty program we pay for and haven't had any issue with that last year. No smoking in the house allowed. There is a patio out back that you can use. No burning candles overnight or unattended. You cover all the utilities used. Pets should be house trained. If severe damage is incurred beyond security deposit we will have some provisions in the agreement to handle that.
