Our home is a traditional farm style from the 1900's with nearly everything updated (electrical, roof, insulation, siding, porches/deck, floors, ceilings, walls, etc., etc). In addition, the front and back yard were completely re-landscaped with a near weed-free lawn, mature perennials, raised beds, etc. Additions to the home include a 3 or 4 season sunroom (has propane heat source), a sauna and 5 person hot tub. Neighborhood Description THe Highland Park area of Millers Falls is "on the hill" just outside the downtown village area (a short walk to stores). Highland Park is frequently used by Little League and softball teams in the area during spring/summer months. Ocassionally, a neighborhood block dance is held in the park. During the winter the park is great for cross-country skiing. Dog walkers, joggers and people out for a stroll frequently pass through the neighborhood as do elders from the nearby elderly apartments. In general, our neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.
