There is a washer and dryer available for use in the basement. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/bathtub, and a 3 season room (enclosed porch). One bedroom is currently being used as a large walk-in closet, so there is no bed. Another bedroom has 2 toddler beds/cribs, and they can be removed if needed. The other 2 bedrooms have a king and a queen bed. The 3rd floor is not part of the rental and will be used for our storage. There is a fully fenced back yard and a driveway for 2 cars. Street parking is free and plentiful. Lease Terms & Application Requirements We are seeking a conscientious resident who will treat this home with the utmost care. To ensure a harmonious tenancy, the following objective criteria apply: Availability: Lease begins late July 2026 and must end by June 30, 2027. Flexibility for between 6 and 11 month leases. Financial Qualification: Minimum credit score of 700 required. Rental History: No history of evictions or late payments. References from previous housing providers will be requested. Income Verification: Verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Occupancy: A single, joint lease is required for the entire property. We do not offer individual room leases. Occupancy limits strictly conform to City of Worcester zoning ordinances. No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free property. Well-behaved pets considered (additional monthly pet rent may apply). First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are required for move-in. Owner pays electricity (within a reasonable limit), water and sewer, and lawn maintenance. Tenant responsible for gas, internet, trash, and snow removal.
