House will be kept clean or it will be in violation of lease. Grass needs to be kept cut, I can provide services for an additional $100 a month, you can do it yourselves. If you break the lease you will not get you $1200 deposit back. Drive way comfortably fits 2 cars, but it can fit more with wedging room. If you would like to add a roommate, I would just like to know about it and we can talk about change in lease if necessary.
