7 Old Ter, Bellows Falls, VT 05101

There are two bedrooms in my apt. I newer bath , kitchen , living room, kind of laundry room on to the front porch, 2nd floor. Then there is a 2nd /3rd floor apt with three bedrooms on 3rd floor, a large room that can be used as a living room and dining room or one large living room. The doorway to the kitchen is in the side where you could have the dining room. As you step into the kitchen/ narrow entry the bath is on the right. Then is the kitchen with a pantry which also can house a washer and then a door out to the shed which is where you put the dryer. And has a back door in case of fire or if you have to have a smoke. I don’t allow smoking in the house. Try not to have smokers at all. On 1st floor there can be one or two apts. would have to put the kitchen back in or have a larger apt . There are two baths in there still but only 1 kitchen right now.
