Live in one of Burlington's most treasured lakeside neighborhoods: Queen City Park. Red Rocks Park which is a city park is out the back door and offers 100 acres of hiking, running, swimming, and views. Enjoy a quaint and historic neighborhood with its own green, playground and basketball court. The house itself is newer construction (2000) and has many amenities such as 3 decks, hardwood floors and your very own pub. We are seeking a 5 month rental beginning April 1st, 2023 and ending Aug 30, 2023. We have a cat (Sophie) that would stay with the house, and thus we are asking for only for people who adore cats to inquire. This is a short term option for people wanting to spend the summer in beautiful Burlington VT. The house is fully furnished except there are no beds in the extra bedrooms right now and the single car garage will be used for our storage so is not available for renters to park in. There are several parking spaces in front of the house and additional parking is available in a community lot if needed. Utilities $500 a month for electricity, propane, water, internet etc. Absolutely no smoking. You MUST be a cat lover. Our very sweet siamese cat (Sophie) lives here in the summer when we're gone and needs people who enjoy cats and don't mind having one on their lap. She is a very social being. Please no dogs. Other cats are possible but not preferred. If you are interested in renting our house, please submit your request with details about your interest and situation.
