Children are most welcomed but it will be work! Unfortunately, HOA prohibits non-owner K-9's, in any form, even as day visitors. A well mannered feline will be considered, with a deposit. Disposal of trash is a unlimited dumpster. Plowing provided ( even in the eye of the storm) and is well managed. On site parking for 2 cars is provided.
