Lease Terms for One-Bedroom Apartment This lease agreement is for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a large living room, an office space, access to a swimming pool, and a fire pit. The lease term is for a maximum of six (6) months only and cannot be extended beyond this period. Rent and Late Fees: Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month. If rent is not received by the 10th of the month, a late fee of $100 will apply. Utilities: All utilities (water, gas, electricity, and internet) are included in the rent, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. Tenant Responsibilities: The tenant is expected to keep the apartment very clean and organized at all times. Any damage or significant lack of cleanliness will result in deductions from the security deposit. Restrictions: No pets are allowed on the premises.
