The house is a newer construction having been built in 2017-2018. The interior has wood floors & tile throughout. In the kitchen are granite counters, stainless appliances & a natural edge wood counter. The bedroom features a sliding barn door, walk-in closet & direct access to the bathroom. Bathroom floors are tile w/ a walk-in shower w/ floor-ceiling tile surround. Washer/Dryer are full size stackable located in the laundry room. Known Issues: The HVAC is gone, washed away so there is no current heated living area. The heated living area square footage is listed as 0. The cabins exterior dimensions equal 679sq'. The Fireplace is propane, but the propane tank has washed away & needs to be replaced. House does not have running water currently. The shared well pump needs to be replaced by the POA. The front porch framing, the rear covered porch & the supports were all detached during the hurricane/flooding event. There was impact damage to the roof which was a result of velocity flow and floating debris impact during the storm. Erosion from velocity flow was throughout the rear yard & around the foundation. The rear left footing was undermined, which resulted in an unsupported condition. Water did enter the house via vents & some of the wood flooring has a small amount of curling.
