I eliminated patio door and ordered regular swing type entry door. The bedrooms are small. The main bedroom might be cramped with queen size bed, full size bed ok. The 2nd bedroom might be cramped with full size bed, twin bed is ok. Cable outlets on virtually every wall. There may be two or three not hooked up. Phone jacks on same outlets but none are hooked up. 100% LED lighting included Hookup for dishwasher, gas dryer and water treatment system also installed. Skirting is insulated. Central Air included 2017 8×12 storage shed included, cost $2,000 new $10,000 in upgrades including every insulation option available. See photo of option sheet and price I paid for home new in 2015.
