Manufactured home has many updates brand new windows throughout the whole house in 2025, also have furnace replacing 2017, insulation in 2017,new hot water tank.. home does have great central air!! House was painted in 2024. Inside freshly painted.. over $1,200 in custom shades...more inside pictures will be added soon!!! Also Lot rent runs $449 a month and then another additional 40 to $60 with water sewer and your trash.. I've never paid over $500 a month. This place is dog friendly you just have to have them on a leash.. they can't be outside by themselves. You have a large yard...you're in the back corner of the lot.. your manufactured home is sitting on two lots which gives you additional yard space that others don't have in the park!! I've lived here 12 years but currently in the process of purchasing another home...
