My home is a homey, comfortable, easy to clean home, near shopping and transportation opportunities. It is located on a quiet street, surrounded by great neighbors and a wooded area in back of the fenced-in yard. Walk up the friendly front porch with the awning out, walk in the front door and the coat closet is right there to hang your coats, sweaters or put your shoes away. The living room with the working fireplace greets you next. It has built ins on both side to display your treasures. Next is the dining area, room for a small table that sits four, but next is the kitchen with the eat in counter which seats two. The kitchen is set up for convenience, you don't have to take a lot of steps to get to where you want to go. Next up, the laundry room, on the same floor with a door to the garage and a door to the outside deck. I have a grill, seating for about sixteen people. Just the right amount for a small party. The back yard slopes down to the fence and just beyond the fence is a wooded area, a noise blocker if you will. Back to the laundry room area, off that room is the 3rd bedroom. It's small but it does fit a twin bed and dresser, with a built in closet and a shelf for storage. The garage is good sized, my Ford Taurus fits nicely. The door to the finished basement is in the garage. Down the stairs you will find a large room, with multiple rooms off from it. One is a furnace room, the others are storage areas but my son is using the largest one for a bedroom. There is a full bathroom as well. Back up stairs to the dining/living room area, off to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. I love this home. When I bought it, I put in all new ceiling fans, had all the rooms painted, new doors, and eventually put on a new roof, widened the driveway and had it redone, built the front porch and just generally poured a lot of love into it.
