The apartment is situated in Oak Square, very close to Allston, Watertown, Waltham, Newton, Chestnut Hill and Brookline. It is a 5-minute drive from Soldiers Field/Storrow Drive and only 10 min away from Masspike. Residential area with parks, dog parks, convenience stores and YMCA all in walking distance. The apartment itself also has a front 3-season enclosed porch, an sunroom that can be used as a bedroom, office, gym space, a back balcony, and attic space for additional storage. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (refrigerator, stove and dishwasher). There is ample street parking (no residence permit needed). We are looking for tenants who would like to take over our lease. Rent is $2,000. Renter is responsible for utilities (heating and light). The renter would be taking over the lease between either March or April until September with the opportunity to renew for another year from Sept 2023-Sept 2024
