A free application must be filled out that is found on the Gray and Company Real Estate website. The lease is for six months but could be longer if desired. The rent does not include utilities. Sorry, this is not Section 8 approved. To sign the lease the applicant should have the first month's prorata rent, the last month's rent and a deposit/fee in the amount of a month's rent. It is recommended that the applicant have a weekly income equal to one month's rent and a credit score of 670 or above. This has on street parking but parking is available behind the building. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Pets are allowed with a $300 fee per pet and $20 more per month per pet.
