This 6.77 acres is your place to build your dream home, camp, hunt, allow you to get the animals you always wanted, or just relax. The land is level with a slope in the back that allows you to utilize with little or no dirt work. There is a newer paved road leading to the property while finishing a short distance on gravel. The property features three sheds with 2 being used for storage and one having been finished out with a new interior, consisting of flooring, interior walls, air conditioning, refrigerator, bed, a table/chairs, and cabinetry. Attached you will find a nice lean to with lighting and a nice sitting area. You can enjoy the stone firepit to relax and enjoy company while telling stories as well. Sitting to the side of "The Gathering" building you have a large RV carport with holding tank and electrical hook up to utilize. With water having been added, there is no need to leave. A porta potty, which comes with the property is maintained by a company at your request. There is also a seperate rv/camp site on property with electrical access and one of the yard barns for storage or it could make a nice little shop. The wildlife, deer, rabbits, turkeys, and others are abundant enough to enjoy or would allow you the ability to use as a hunting refuge. With fiber optic available, I am not sure there is anything else needed to make this yours.
