(Of course, the longer you can provide that proof the better.) *You MUST be okay with signing a monthly rental agreement & agreeing to the rules we have. *No smoking of anything is allowed inside or around the house. No obsessions or addictions to any drugs or alcohol allowed. No loud music, frequent guests, or overnight guests allowed. This is all non-negotiable. The deposit you are required to pay won't be refundable if you go against these terms.
