I'm looking for a roommate (female preferred) to take the second room in this lovely space. Please read below. If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable space, filled with plants, art, a friendly orange cat, and views of trees and nothing else - this might be the place for you. Private bedroom, with mostly its own bathroom (shared only when guests are over). Shared living room, dining room & kitchen. New appliances. Bedroom is unfurnished. Main spaces are mostly furnished (with room for collaboration). Laundry in unit, new appliances. (the fridge has an ice maker!) Looking for someone friendly and respectful of shared spaces (keeps them tidy, but doesn't need perfection). I'm busy with work and life, but love whenever I cross paths with a roommate to catch up on our days / say hello. Game nights and shared meals a plus if life allows (but no expectation). I love having folks over, and my roommates have always been welcome to join. With my schedule, it generally only happens 1-2x a month. I get free bagels and coffee from work and love sharing.
