This property is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom. I have lived here since Fall 2018. It's simply amazing. I love it here and believe that there's nothing like it. The only reason why I am subleasing the property is that I am currently looking for a house outside of South Florida and will not be in the unit. I figured someone else could find better use of it than I can. There's no need to look elsewhere because you have everything within a 2-mile radius. Within the complex, you have a walking trail, gym, movie theater, game room, playroom, jungle gyms, a pool, tennis court, basketball court, etc. Across the street, there's Pembroke Gardens and down the street, there's Pembroke Lakes Mall. This unit is perfect because you don't need to travel far for anything. If you need groceries or any entertainment you have Walmart and Publix 2 minutes away. Then you have the movie theater which is right next to the mall. The owner will pay for the lights, WiFi, and internet while the tenant pays for rent. If Housekeeper is wanted an additional $100 will be included in the rent. The housekeeper9 is normally scheduled to come every other Monday at 9 am. (Schedule can be changed if tenant chose this option.)
