Preferred tenant criteria; -income 3x rent amount -no evictions, collections or bankruptcies in past 5 years -good landlord reference(s) -680+ credit score Security Deposit $1000-$3200 (based upon above criteria met, pets, etc.) DISCOUNTS offered to monthly rent for qualified applicants.
