Holden Court Apartments is located next to Fitzgerald Hall on the UCM campus and WhitemanAFB. 2 designated parking spaces come with each apartment so there is no need to pay for a parking tag on campus or drive around looking for a parking spot. Our apartments are very affordable with water, sewer and trash included with the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electricity. Tenants are required to apply (fee is $30 per adult & each adult living there needs to apply), be approved (600+ credit score), sign a 1 year lease & pay the 1 month's deposit and first month's rent before moving in.
