The kitchen offers an eat in dining area and a pantry, with full sized washer & dryer plus new stainless refrigerator, range and dishwasher. The building still has remodeling to be completed, so you will still have to put up with some painting and updating to be finished in the halls and shared areas. The apartments are a block from campus. The property is non- smoking and sorry - but we do not allow pets. We do require - one year leases, a security deposit and a parental or sponsor guarantee.
