DO NOT LOOK AT THE ZESTIMATE!!! It is incorrect!! Condos in our building are going for close to or over $1 million dollars! It's the condos next door that they are comparing to- and they are NOT in our league!! They are wood, cheaply made, with many issues! Our building is a mixed use downtown condo building (floors 1-7 commercial and 8-11 residential). We are on the 8th floor, corner unit- high demand. There are 2 "decks"... one is off the dining area and big enough for a BBQ grill. The other one is over 200 sq feet- one of the largest balconies in downtown anywhere! Perfect for warm evening dining or drinks while the sun sets! MUST SEE! Condo was recently remodeled (2020) with high end designs, etc. Incredible place! OPEN HOUSE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
