The lease is month-to-month and requires a 30-day notice to vacate. A $800 refundable security deposit is due at move-in. Pets are allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet, maximum of two pets per cabin. Rent is due on the first of each month and will be considered late after the fifth day, at which point a $50 late fee will apply. Utilities are included in the monthly rent, as well as parking for up to two vehicles. Background check through our office is required before moving onto property. The cost of this background check is $35 (non-refundable) and needs to be paid upon application. Smoking inside the cabins and subleasing are not permitted.
