Summer tends to be more and winter tends to run less. The unit is pet friendly, however, there is a size and number of pet restriction levied by the HOA Rent can be due on a date agreed upon during lease signing. Also, I can rent month to month if needed or a multi year lease can be arranged as well. If a lease is desired for long term (greater then 12 months), I will work with you on pricing depending on length of the lease past 12 months.
