Very spacious 2 bedroom home in a very nice park. Quiet with lots of trees this park boasts a very nice pool area with a heated saltwater pool and hot tub. The clubhouse has a pool table a fitness room and a grill and laundry room. The home is a handy man special. It needs some work and you can reduce your rent by doing work each month. This can also be a rent to own. We also have a handyman available to do the work once it is rented as well but wanted to offer a reduced rent for exchange of work for those that are interested.
