The stucco walls were smoothed to a museum quality smooth texture flat finishes. I installed a new circular pebble driveway which allows plenty of parking for guests. Wonderful for entertaining with sliding glass doors off every room onto the pool deck. Friendly neighborhood where we all know each other and host many neighborhood events throughout the year. Easy access to either Lincoln Road or Tatum. Master bedroom and the guest bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house which offers privacy. The Master bath includes a gorgeous glass enclosed limestone shower, jacuzzi tub and two large vanities, as well as a walk-in closet. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Dave Hansen was one of the finest builders in Paradise Valley in his time, and this home demonstrates the wonderful structural and design integrity he became so well known for.
