Looking for a roommate to share our cliffside/ Ocean View house in Playa Del Rey/ Silicon Beach. Move July 1st . Can be month to month or long term. The room is amazing. Has a balcony with an ocean view. NO Dogs or Cats are allowed. Sorry! (Playa Del Rey, The secluded town where few in LA knows about. But it's right between the 90 & 105 fwy's) It's most definitely the beach town where everyone knows one another. We've made our 5 bedroom house into an awesome home. Converted our dining room into the 'best bar in the area' (Pics included) has a custom beer pong table, bar tables and million $ view with a fire pit on the balcony. We converted our garage into an extra living room with a Tiki theme. We use it for personal time with friends, date nights, etc. It's newly renovated with floors and new paint, has a tv with surround sound, comfy couch, bar, etc. Several extra bikes to use. A little about our roommates: 3 Guys -Lead UX/UI designer at top streaming service; Often travels or is playing beach volleyball with his friends on weekends -Entertainment exec; currently working on celebrity workout app with two known actors; often traveling -Producer at a successful advertising firm; who is usually at some music festival on weekends. We all travel often and there is normally several gone on weekends. Washer and dryer in laundry room Large kitchen with view of the ocean & Marina Views; brand new island stove. BBQ on the roof deck. Bathrooms are shared. There's 2 bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. So, mostly just shared for showering. We do home depot plant runs several times a month; have an awesome garden on our roof deck. Which looks awesome when we host gatherings. House is clean. We all clean up after ourselves. Dish Washer . We will discuss how house chores are worked out. Additional utilities include : (not included in rent) Spectrum Signature Home (cable in all of the rooms; garage) Maid (twice a month) Water & Power Gas basics (trash bags, cleaning stuff, etc) Home depot (if u want to pitch in) To move in: rent + a month deposit will give rental agreement We do home depot plant runs several times a month; have an awesome garden on our roof deck.
