A very original fixer upper. I’ve owned it for 20 years and bought it from the estate of the original owners. I’ve held it as a rental since 1999 and done no cosmetic work. The AC/heat is only a few years old. It’s been repiped with copper plumbing and has an updated circuit breaker style electrical box. I know it needs updating and is priced accordingly. Nearly all inspection item requests will be met with a “no”. Principals only or add your commission to this price. Not interested in listing it.
