PLEASE CALL ME. I won't show the house until I speak with you. I'm a great landlord. I respond ASAP to problems with the house. The entire house is done in ceramic tile, no carpeting. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a large backyard. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER THE CURRENT TENANTS. THEY WILL NOT SHOW THE PROPERTY. No pets and I don't rent to smokers, even if you smoke outside.
