All of this is an easy 5 minute stroll down Pine Street. For easy river days, take your inner tubes to the top of the Truckee River and float down to Party Island for a fun picnic! Bring your electric bikes to enjoy the many miles of bike trails, and don't forget your Pickleball gear for pick up games at Chambers or Kilner Park! Upstairs, new carpeting leads the way to a king bedroom with two twins, and another bathroom with a tub/shower, and an additional queen bed awaits in the third room. There is a large deck that is a gorgeous spot for "work from home", and a back deck off the back of the home. Fully Furnished, do not plan to move any furniture in. We will consider A dog and will require a $1000 damage deposit - they seem to LOVE chewing up the blinds. There are no fenced-in areas on this property. INCLUDED IN RENT: Water, trash and WIFI, local phone for emergencies. Credit report will be run using TransUnion SmartMove and costs $47. Security deposit will be $6000. Tenant pays gas and electric, a separate deposit of $250 will be held for this - the difference will be refunded upon owner receiving the billing statement. The home sits on a large .75 acre lot. There are two "miner's cabins" in the back corner of the lot, and the properties are separated by a tarp style fence. The owner uses the entire property in August so the fence is removable. Owner pays for internet, water and trash, tenant will reimburse owner for gas and electric.
