It has a boat slip where you can safely leave your boat, and not be hauling it back and forth to the Lake. It's also a great place for daytime picnicking and early evening campfires Lake (no RVs and no overnight accommodations). It includes parking for approximately three to four vehicles and it is a very short easy walk to the waterfront. This is a fantastic spot for playing on the Lake and leaving your boat in a secure boat slip while you're away! The rent is $2,000 per month and it is available August 1st.
