The Months Of Jan, Feb, March, & April are $4700 per month and we do not rent for less than 3 consecutive months EVER in winter Jan-March so please do not ask. No pets. Rates for Non Winter months May - Dec with minimum stay 60 days is $2300 per each month. We have a beautifully beach themed furnished condo new in 2015, and only lived in part time since closing. This Condo is in the highly desired River Strand Community of Heritage Harbour master planned paradise community. It includes 27 holes of an Arthur Hills designed fantastic golf course (you just pay a cart fee only - walking is free unlimited), 10 Har Tru Pro Style Tennis Courts, 2 full exercise gyms, card room, Billiard Table Room W Library, Pickle Ball, 90 Acre Beacon Lake with Pier and walking and biking path, a full restaurant and bar clubhouse, several heated resort sytle pools, tiki bar, driving range over water, putting greens with sand traps, etc. While the areas from Tampa to St Pete, Sarasota to Lido Key and Siesta Key, are all beautiful areas with plenty to do, many our our friends and neighbors tell me that they barely leave here! There s just tons to do in this active, year round, living the dream community! Our unit backs up to the Manatee River Preserve and directly overlooks a large pond, with the 8th Hole of the Sanctuary Golf Course across the way. I've counted as many as 500 white pelicans in our pond herding fish. We have seen an Anhinga (aka underwater snake bird) and a bald eagle fight over a fish, several endangered birds, a couple rare cougar sightings, small gators, turtles, and too many rare birds too mention. The lanai view is beautiful. Our condo is also on the first floor, which is great for quick in and out of your unit to go for walks down our very private street across the way (also bordering preserve). We have 2 bedrooms with 2 fulls baths. A king bed in the master with a Simmons Beauty Rest Recharge mattress (you won't disturb each other moving), and NOW A QUEEN bed in the guest room. One time member transfer fee is $550 for member golf, tennis, restaurant discounts, 2 fitness center, 8 satellite and 2 main pool access ... NO other fees. We Pay All Utilities.
