Great location very close to Lee and 67th and the new Dollar General on Lee. Close to Walmart and a number of restaurants. Mostly older adults in the neighborhood very quite. This is a duplex and the couple that live on side B have been there over a year. Has two car garage very small yard. Yard work is taken care of so no mowing. Has a HOA that I pay for but you have to purchase your own pool tickets for the pool. Furniture is within the last 2 years. Internet /wifi is included but not cable TV. I live about 15 minutes away.
