Our neighborhood is great. The neighborhood is very stable. Two of our neighbors have lived in the same houses for over 40 years. The neighborhood is incredibly located with access to Highland Mall, grocery stores, gas stations, I-35, 183, lamar and 290 all within two minutes. The new commuter rail line will have two stations within a few minutes walk from my house which would make downtown commuting a breeze.
