Near St Johns/ Guadalupe St. Small old house with wood floors and large backyard. Central AC. Gas heat and cooking. Good appliances. House is at the rear of property with a partitioned carport between the house at the front. It's a great deal and everyone has loved the place. BUT there's a catch: my tenant in the front house has a mess and is always working on old cars and has junk around his front door. You have to drive past it when you drive to your rear house. If you can tolerate that, then give me a call to talk about the lease etc. You pay all bills. No smoking in house please. Good landlord reference and employment needed. I use a tenant screening service to check credit & criminal records.
