this is a post regarding a lease takeover that lasts until 1/31/27 but can be renewed! i'm moving out of state once i can find someone to take over my lease. JUNE RENT IS ALREADY PAIR FOR! :) so no money needed until july. please contact me if interested so we can talk to tide mill about you applying, getting approved and me signing the lease over to you. once you put in the application and call for them to process it, we should know in 1-3 days if you're approved. requirements are strictly minimum 2x the cost of rent after taxes and minimum 600 credit score. has dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, indoor fireplace, balcony, a swing area, picnic tables, gym, pool, business center with computers and printers, grills outside, park and fishing area down the street, maintenance is quick, neighbors are nice and quiet, very pet friendly, have never had issues. i am moving out of state and looking for someone to take over lease but have been loving it here. i feel it's the best apartment complex on south side of salisbury! utilities not included but usually around $200, internet not included but i pay $50 for mine, renters insurance can be paid thru tide mill for $18 or you can choose your own. i use homebody for $17 a month. pet friendly, $30 application fee but i can work with you. this is a lease takeover, please feel free to ask me any questions! going to add more later, posted this on 5/28/26 lease is until 1/31/27 and can be renewed for another year or month to month is an option. you can also pay rent in two payments on the 1st $1,025 and $500 on the 15th. over time you can have more control once you build good rapport on the rent payment app they use i selected 2.5x rent for income requirement because after taxes isn't an option. the requirement is 2x after taxes here is an email from tidemill when i asked for the requirements to sign over the lease to you: Our requirements include Minimum of 600 credit, you must make 2X the monthly rent, pet rent is a 1 time $250 fee along with $25 per month per pet, no balance owed to previous landlords, no evictions within 24 months. Utilities are not included. We would ask that any applicants send in 2 months' worth of consecutive paystubs before applying as well.
