When you walk out the front porch the view is heavenly. It is so peaceful and private. You have so many options with this house. There are 4 bedrooms, one is the master suite and another has custom french doors. Plenty of closet and storage space. The pond out back has plenty of fish in it and there is plenty of wildlife to watch as well. HVAC replaced Aug 2019 along with a lot of additional updates to the mechanicals of the house over the last 14 years. Here is some information from a sheet I put together: Information about 701 Love Lane, Taylorsville, KY 40071 (this is informational only and not binding) Manufactured home but title surrendered in 2000, house made in 1996 (I think) sits on concrete block with crawl space 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms 1,742 SqFt 2 1/2 car garage with electric and concrete floor Approx 5 1/2 acres Central air with forced air heat pump, Taylorsville city water, Salt River electric, double tank septic system, fireplace Will be leaving the stove and dishwasher unless you request removal-the diswasher is portable Addition of 222 sq ft was done in July 2013. There was also a lot of improvements and renovations done as well. This is all the improvements I can think of: The additional was a formal dining room and mud room. Custom tile in bathrooms and Flexitec-Step Up vinyl with a Lauan underlayment in addition, kitchen and pantry Paint in addition, kitchen and pantry as well as some touch up from old water leak (there is still a few spots they missed) Moved washer and dryer to addition and made a pantry where it was New decks in front and side, Replaced storm and entry door (front was not replaced) Vapor barrier installed in crawl space along with replacing door and sealing off holes Moved shower in master bath to garden tub and made old shower a linen closet Replaced fixtures in master tub and fixed vent in bathroom There is extra siding and interior wood trim in the garage if needed for improvements The 3/4 acre pond out back is stocked with catfish, blue gill and bass. (of course grass carp too) A very small portion is owned by the neighbors. The fence line is actually about 3 feet over on my side right now. If you are concerned about the actual property line I would recommend a survey. The hill is shared by 3 homes. The owner across from me maintains the hill. He is a contractor so he gets rocks at a contractor rate. We split the cost between the 3 homes. He only goes to the top of his and my driveway. He does not charge anything to grate and reroute drainage to us. Date of Service Work Done-The dates are a guess but should be pretty accurate. Aug-19 Condensation Unit (outside) and Evaporator Coil (inside) replaced on HVAC (new thermostat too) Jan-16 Guts in 2nd bathroom shower replaced Oct-15 Replaced wax ring in master bedroom-it is a extra heavy duty Jul-15 Regulator on Water Meter replaced at bottom of hill Oct-14 Toilets replaced-both bathrooms Aug-11 Water Heater replaced Nov-10 Furnace replaced (inside) on HVAC Sep-05 Roof Replaced on Home Currently have a Home Warranty with First American Home Warranty company. I will be providing a 1 year warranty with purchase of home. This is something I have renewed every year since I bought the house in June of 2005. Every quarter I have Bugs or Us come out and spray for bugs. They also put poison blocks in boxes in and under house and garage. It costs $65 and I definitely recommend. The septic for everything except the kitchen sink is in the front. It is a double tank. I have never had any trouble because I am very good at putting 2 boxes of Rid-X in every 4 to 6 weeks. There are lateral lines out the back for the kitchen. The pool is still there even though it is broken in case the new owners want to put a pool in. This preserves the level ground.
