Preserving history of this antique Federal period timber frame Bank Barn c. 1840's vintage. Owner fell in love with the majesty of the barn while visiting nearby town of Ashland; unfortunately a portion of the barn's roof had fallen in without intervention the barn would be but a memory. Owner purchased the barn had it carefully dismantled then shipped it to the current location. He and others raised the barn on this incredibly cinematic location to be forever displayed and enjoyed for generations to come. This meaningful gesture is in the first phase of construction; the family is hoping the next owner will continue the restoration/conversion into a fantastic residence or studio.
