We'll be traveling for the summer and are looking for responsible renters to enjoy the space while we're away. Both of the bedrooms are loft-style and open to other areas of the home, which makes the space best suited for a couple, small family, or individuals comfortable with the open layout rather than unrelated roommates seeking fully private bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Viking stove, honed granite countertops, wine fridge, and high-end appliances. Additional features include maple floors, beautiful tile work, large closets, excellent storage throughout, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The building is quiet, secure, and community-oriented, with a beautiful shared courtyard and gardens and wonderful neighbors. Location The loft is located in the heart of Dogpatch, one of San Francisco's most vibrant and livable neighborhoods. Directly across the street is Esprit Park, and within a few blocks you can walk to Farley's Coffee, Christopher's Books, Good Life Grocery, Whole Foods, and many excellent restaurants and shops. The area has multiple parks, a beautiful public library, and is great for walking and biking. Transit access is excellent just a few blocks from the Muni T-line with direct service downtown and to UCSF Mission Bay, and easy access to 101, 280, and the Bay Bridge.
