Repairs due to damages are $45 per hour. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9 PM. Small, wireless Bluetooth speakers are permitted except during quiet hours. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine.
