Most of my gifts have been people who are relocating to this area. Therefore our furniture stays. Villa Siesta II Has been an Airbnb property and we are booked for January & February 2024. As of this post, we are welcoming either a guest from April through January 2024 or we will consider multiple months inside that timeframe. Reach out via messinging we are only permitted 4 bookings a year. This property is booked at $5500 A month in season, (if you are booking multiple months we will work on some sort of a financial incentive for you Depending upon which months they are.) This corner home's layout is open and classical, with crown moldings and everything freshly painted. Large recent windows in every room, open to lush landscaping adding wonderful Dimensionality . Enjoy your morning coffee Or evening happy hours (or both! ) On your private patio with mature tropical foliage, bromeliads, wind chimes and singing birds. (I saw THREE Orchids pop open ..I didn't even know we had them) Sliding glass doors from the kitchen make it Super easy to eat and entertain outside. New dramatic custom designed granite countertops accented with mother of pearl and marble. Enjoy the updated stainless steel appliances, including a quiet dishwasher! ~ oven and microwave with convection as well. New kitchen and bath Lighting enhance already bright and airy rooms.! This villa has a nice layout, good light everywhere. Everyone I showed, is loving my unusual garden atrium en suite master bath with walk-in shower. There is a 2nd upgraded bathroom as well with tub . Our Unit has ceiling fans ..washer dryer., good storage. Looking to stay home? OK, enjoy 2 Smart TV with Netflix ..amazon..utube and cable in L.R. KEYLESS entry means you never have to bring keys with you. The villa is rimmed with solar garden lights for night time appeal. Good AC system And heat, which you control yourself. and association takes care of landscaping .Pristinated pool and cabana are just steps away. This is in a well-kept private safe community with a wide age range, I live here too! Public transportation nearby but most people rent a car or bring theirs, you have two parking spots (There is extra guest parking. ) Walking distance to wawa.. a gym..take out Chinese, pharmacy, and Dollar General, or you can drive very close by to everything. Sarasota center, and shopping are moments away driving distance ...moments to the Bayfront park (My favorite place)With O'Leary's Tiki bar, and marina jack's waterfront dining, beaches, art, music, and airport all close by.. Main street is loaded with restaurants and drinking establishments I cannot give out the property address at the moment, as I have a very private tenant there at the moment, who is a writer. And cannot be disturbed. However. If you look on Airbnb, you will see the commentaries that the property looks just like the pictures, no surprises. And where we are, is near Fruitville and shade. Just moments from all that downtown has to offer. Considering we are on the outskirts of downtown, it's amazingly quiet. The only people seen walking in the streets are people walking their pets. My sister lives in the same community and so do I. This is not a annual rental. It is in a residential community with families who live here all year and And upscale vacation tenants .. Many of whom returned every year.. It is a quiet community and events are not Permissible. High speed Internet and local cable TV is included. Netflix and Amazon and YouTube etc. Heat and central air conditioning is included up to the normal figures that we are accustomed to. This will be in writing. Washer and dryer are right in your own unit. Whoever moves in with you needs to be on the contract. No additional people, no surprises, no pets. There are two parking spots right in front of the house. No trucks are allowed or vehicles with signage. No motorcycles or boats. Landscaping is taken care of by us, and you'll be asked to agree to community rules such as Trash, etc. No sub letting this allowed and no one else can stay unless they are on the lease. These are the important points. No smoking is permitted in the unit, and it's a very firm rule. It will be grounds for eviction And a $500 remediation fee. We have discovered that odor clings.. No combustibles are allowed on the property. Including oxygen. No drugs. Because this is not a traditional annual rental, rents are due 60 days in advance. Therefore, if you are renting for June, July and August, we will need June paid for April 1. July paid for in May. The purpose of this is, if you were to decide to move, we would understand, but we would need enough time and enough notice in order to re-rent We may consider a small dog, but it depends on the breed.( We just had a pug and the hair has been a real problem) If you have a pet and we accept her/him, they will be a monthly rental fee of $100. You will be required to walk the pet off the common grounds and clean up afterwards. If the dog is an incessant, Barker who disturbs the neighbors, you will be Required to leave with, a two week notice.. I'm sure you understand. We require that you have a professional cleaning every month. We will connect you with someone who will only charge you $125 unless you have a pet. This will keep the place in good condition while you enjoy your life.
