Both West Side and Spalding Parks are nearby. The University of Illinois is an eight minute drive. Our private tenant fitness center at 605 N Neil is just a block and a half away. Our office and maintenance is at 101 W Vine just one block east. We mow the yard and provide curbside weekly trash & recycling pickup.
