You can host parties with multiple seating areas. o The kitchen has a silgranit sink made of crushed quartz with a touch on water faucet and nice stainless steel/glass vent-a-hood. The washer and dryer are hidden in the kitchen island with quartz top. o Added window seat for storage at front window w/shutters. o A nice big office desk with cabinets above to facilitate organization & use of computer devices. Printer is hidden in the 2nd bdrm closet. o The master bdrm is large w/ a sliding glass door to the riverside patio balcony. o The second bdrm contains a custom-made murphy-bed with side shelves and cabinets. This room can be used for other purposes. A patio door was added for easy access to the front city view. o The kitchen and both bedroom closets are filled with elfa accessories to maximize space. Also, installed frosted glass doors throughout. We stayed on track with our vision and goals during the building renovation process. It took 6 months to complete. We moved in July, 2015. Our best compliments include the relaxing spa like feel, the beautiful views inside the front door, the bathrooms, colors, and of course the lovely outside views. The riverside grounds include trees, landscaped plants, a fairly new pool area, BBQ grill, restroom, ground level garden with patio, and private access gate to the River Walk. Also, you can celebrate the Fiesta River Parade as it passes by the condos. The elevator and machine room were modernized February, 2019. The breezeways metal railings were recently painted.
