Outside enclosed courtyard with small pond and foliage area before main door entry. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood has a neighborhood watch. Once a year we hold the neighborhood watch get together where we are visited by the Coral Gables Police Department to bring us all up to date on the area. For Halloween, we block off one of the blocks next to us and bring the party into the street with popcorn, hot dogs, candy/treats and such for all the kids to have a safe place to visit with their friends and have fun.
